I started off in the online space freelancing as an Executive Virtual Assistant back in 2014. 3 years later, my immigrant father transitioned and I felt compelled to go “all in” with the skills I had developed. Carrying on his legacy of entrepreneurship. I launched a boutique VA agency (Zakia & Co.) offering a variety of done-for-you services for online coaches.

For five years (from 2014-2019), I operated as a behind-the-scenes “right-hand woman” for high-performing, multi-6-figure coaches.

From managing launches, writing copy + content, setting up the tech, and even strategizing all the things from online + offline events, courses, high-ticket offers, and retreats — I’ve done it all, hit the elusive 6-figures, (and burned out badly in the process. 0/10 NOT recommended).

In 2019, I decided to take my business on the road and move abroad so that I could spend less time behind a screen and more time living!

When the pandemy hit in 2020, I was living in Colombia at the time experiencing rapid shifts in my consciousness and awareness. These shifts prompted me to prioritize “ease”. So, I retired my agency and became a Coach in order to leverage my time, energy, and capacity.

Since then, I’ve served over 100+ entrepreneurs (as a Launch Strategist & Coach) from around the world via my own offers, and in other awesome containers — as a Support Coach — from cities across Latin America.
